Care/Cleaning
All Flax Bags, Lavender Eye Pillows, and Boo Boo Bags have removable covers. Machine wash/dry on cool/gentle settings. DO NOT GET THE INSIDE BAGS WET!

Limited Quantities!
Sometimes the fabrics we use are in limited supply. If we happen to run out of the fabric choice you wanted, we will notify you and allow you to choose another or refund the order.

Mailing List
We currently have a mailing list that is sent out via E-mail only. We will inform you of exciting changes, new products, specials and discount codes. When you make an account with us, you are prompted to sign up for the mailing list. You do not have to sign up and you can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time. Please read our Privacy Policy information if you have any questions regarding this issue.

Shipping
Whimsical Fancy uses priority shipping with the USPS for all orders. Shipping is calculated by weight and designed for USPS flat rate boxes.

Items are all hand-crafted, so please allow an additional 1-5 business days before they will be shipped.

We may offer a rush service or 2 day delivery in the future for an additional fee. Please let us know if that is a feature you would like to see!

Sales Tax
Only California residents will be charged the CA State sales tax of 8.75%.

Payment
Whimsical Fancy currently only accepts PayPal. PayPal is a free and secure service and is easy to set up and use. If you are not a PayPal member, you do not need to sign up (although it is quick and easy if you choose to). No additional fees will be incurred either way. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to make one upon checkout, when you are ready to input your payment, follow the Click Here button when it says: "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click Here."

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to enjoy using our products. We will accept returns or exchanges on new, unused items, with tags still attached, within 35 days of purchase date as shown on receipt included with your shipment. If your product is damaged within 30 days of receiving it, simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us via E-mail with your Name, Order Number and Problem so we can work with you to help you! (Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged).

Cancelled Orders
Whimsical Fancy has the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error or for an item that is no longer available or out of stock. If your credit card has been charged and you do not want an alternate choice of equal value, Whimsical Fancy will immediately issue a credit to your account.
If you chose to cancel your order, please notify us via E-mail with your Name, Order Number and that you wish to Cancel. We will promptly refund your money. If the item was already shipped, we will notify you so you can ship it back. When the item has returned, we will promptly refund your money.
